1. Do I need an appointment ?
Yes, to better assist you our Spa is by appointment only.
2. What if I am running late for my appointment?
You will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the original time of the appointment . After this time your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your services.
3. What if I can't make it to my appointment?
While we understand that emergencies happen, please notify us 24hrs in advance if you think you will not be able to make it to your appointment.
4. Do you follow COVID-19 guidelines?
Yes, mask are required for entry. Upon entry clients are required to disinfect their hands and fill out a questionnaire.
5. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Unfortunately, due to limited space each session will be private. We do however provide outside sitting in our porch and garden area.
6. Can I book more than one appointment?
Yes, you can book more than one service at a time.
